Grad Photos

Grad photos are being taken in the chapel starting today.  Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.


If you still need to book a grad photo appointment, go on to the Grade 12 Google Classroom for instructions.  See Mrs. Majury if you need help with this.


Trades Fair

There is a Trades Fair happening today in our cafeteria from 1 PM until 3 PM.  Students should have the opportunity to attend along with their classmates.  If you are potentially interested in the Trades, please invite your parents / guardians to attend with you tonight from 4 until 7 PM.  There will be representatives from Trades Unions, Colleges and the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program in attendance.

Literacy Test


All Grade 10 students will write this Fall (November 22 & 23 - Period 1)

Jr & Sr Boys Basketball


There will be an important meeting at the beginning of lunch today for anyone wanting to try out for the Jr and Sr boys basketball team. Please meet in the Gym at the start of lunch.

This week is ROCK YOUR MOCS week

​​Rock Your Mocs Week offers a wonderful chance to come together and celebrate the unique identities of tribal communities through the wearing of moccasins. This special occasion allows us to pay homage to our ancestors and express solidarity with Indigenous peoples across the globe. As we participate in Rock Your Mocs events, we also take the opportunity to commemorate National Native American Heritage Month, fostering a sense of unity and pride in our shared heritage. #RockYourMocs

HockeyFest

HockeyFest is this Friday.

Some Notes:

1)  Please have your parents complete the permission form through Cash on Line.

2) There is no entry fee, however, all staff and students are asked to bring a non-perishable food item 

3) There will be stickers sold for $2.00 and a chuck the puck ($2.00/puck or 3 puck for $5.00).  All proceeds will go to the Canadian Mental Health Association and the FireFighters Toy Drive.

4)  As a school we will be walking together down St.Mary’s Hill and then crossing 3rd Ave East, walking along the sidewalk and into the parking lot of the Bayshore.  Please exercise caution and respect the traffic during this walk.




Nordic Ski Team

There will be a meeting for any students interested in joining the Nordic Ski Team todat lunch in room 234. No experience necessary. All are welcome.

Knitting Club

Do you know how to knit? Want to learn how to knit? Need a Christmas gift for family or friends? Come check out the knitting club.  Wednesdays at lunch in room 212.  Bring your knitting needles and yarn if you have them, if not, we have some to borrow.  See you there.

The Math Help Center is open Tuesdays and Thursdays at lunch in Room 319.  Bring your lunch and your questions!
