The Bus Manifest has been posted on the Artroom door and computer lab 127 - students who payed please ensure to check your name is on the list. Any other students interested in participating to see the special KAWS exhibition at the AGO - Art Gallery of Ontario in Toronto on Friday October 20th can pay $58.00 through cash on-line, spots still available on bus.

Once again the Royal Canadian Legion Owen Sound is hosting the Remembrance Day Poster and Literary Competition. If you would like to submit work this year, please find Miss Jerome in Portable 9 for an entry and media release form, and rules and regulations. Entries will be picked up from the school on October 30.
The public libraries of Bruce and Grey counties are seeking short stories, poetry, and art submissions for the 2023 Write @ Your Library Contest. All winning entries and honourable mentions will be published in the Write 2023 Anthology and could win cash prizes. Please find Miss Jerome in Portable 9 for rules and regulations. Entries submitted by email to Sarah Chamberlain by October 27.

Sr Boys Volleyball
Congratulations to the sr boys volleyball team who went to collingwood on Friday and won 4 games straight to secure first place and to win the tournament.
Wish the boys luck today as they take on meaford and our cross town rivals, the wolves today starting at 2.
Sr & Jr Girls Basketball
Congratulations to the Sr. Girls Basketball team on their efforts this weekend at their tournament in Kitchener. The girls won their first two games against Rockway Mennonite Collegiate and North Middlesex which secured a position in the finals against Port Hope’s Trinity where they played an incredible game, losing by one basket in overtime after an intense battle. Way to go Mustangs!!
The Jr Girls competed in Walkerton over the weekend putting forth an excellent effort throughout all three of their games. The girls won their third and final game against Rockway Mennonite Collegiate of Kitchener! Congratulations to the team!
Jr Boys Volleyball
Congratulations to the jr boys volleyball team for finishing first in the SMHS invitational tournament this weekend, defeating OSDSS in the finals. Good luck to the boys today in their league games!
