Girls Rugby


The girls’ rugby team beat Saugeen District yesterday 34 - 5.   It was another good effort by all team members.   Maddie Barfoot scored two tries, with Hannah Werger, Amy Chin Yut, Maeve Evans, and Brooklyn Bumstead Morton scoring single tries.   Chayle Oatt kicked two converts.


The junior team members are playing in the London Classic today.  Good luck girls.


D&D will be held in room 235 tonight after school. Please make sure to get a late taxi at lunch or be able to find a way home :)


MTG is in room 235 at lunch today.


BIPOC


There is a BIPOC meeting happening in Room 209 today at lunch and after school. Please sign up for late taxi if needed. Meetings this week are mandatory. Please see Ms. Glasier if you cannot attend.

Boys Soccer


The boys varsity soccer team continued their undefeated streak yesterday defeating OSDSS 2-0 and also getting the W of BDPS. Good work boys, see you at practice today.



Chess Club


Chess club will be held in room 234 today at lunch. See you there!


Girls’ Varsity Soccer Team


The Girls’ Varsity Soccer Team continued their winning streak in BAA soccer action beating OSDSS 1-0. After being denied a goal, Co-Captain Kenzie Falls scored the winning goal. Shutout goes to Kaitlyn Godard who made several incredible saves.

The team faced off against BPDS winning 7-0. Scorers include Kenzie Falls with 2, and Caley Heard, “It’s About Time” Grace Maluske, Elise Nair, Lavina Stephen & Poppy Yorke each with a goal. The shutout was shared by Svea Petersson and Felicity Watson.

Well played ladies. Coach Nicholson is beyond proud of your dedication and effort as we continue our undefeated streak.

Practice today at Victoria Park. Players can bring their cleats and water since it’s close by.
