2nd Visual, Media & Photography Arts - Ripley’s Aquarium field trip reminder


All students supporting the Ripley’s Aquarium field trip tomorrow Friday April 14th should meet at the front of the school at 9:00AM - Do not go to homerooms, attendance will be taken on the bus. All students should consider bringing food/water/funds for lunch and dinner as we will not be returning to the school until approx 7:15pm tomorrow night. thanks

The enrollment waitlist is filling up quickly for Italy 2024. Students are reminded to return application forms by tomorrow and to enroll for the waitlist on the EF Tours website! Any questions, please contact Mr. Smydo or Ms. Glasier


Jr Badminton

The Jr Badminton are BAA champions! The team had a very exciting and successful day at the BAA tournament yesterday and finished first overall! Extra congratulations to individual BAA champions Maisie MacDonald & Elise Nair and Amalia Stoltzfus Forand! Shoutouts to Charlie & Ellie, James & Tristan, Keira & Colton, Sarah & Megan, Quinlan & Dawson, and Jackson for strong finishes.  Seven St. Mary’s students will be advancing to CWOSSA next week.

Track and Field Throwers:

Any throwers who are free at lunch, come by room 329. We’ll cover technique, prep, and critical approaches. If you review NLP (neurolinguistic programming) prior to arriving, you’ll have added at least 25% to your throw.




Science Fair:

A massive thank you to all of the volunteers who assisted with the science fair the last two weeks :D! The regional science fair would not have been successful without the amazing assistance of all of you!


For those who competed, another congratulations and we hope all will encourage Karis Curry and Lily Kennedy in their quest to conquer the NATIONAL science fair :D!


Anyone wishing to do science fair next year as a project, now is the time to consider your project and begin the brainstorming process. Mr. Lacey, Mr. Kim, and Mr. Marsh are always happy to provide support to science fair projects
