Curling

The girls curling team won their last game of the season. This means that they are currently sitting in FIRST PLACE in the standings. BAA tournament is on Wednesday at the Bluewater Curling Club, come out and watch the girls rock the club as they continue on the road to OFSAA!!!


BLACK HISTORY MONTH


As many of you may or may have not known, Mary Ann Shadd was Canada’s first female to become a publisher. Not only was she the first female publisher, she was the first Black female publisher in Canada. Mary Ann was the individual who founded and edited “The Provincial Freeman”.

Also, students are reminded that the BSA will be selling tickets once again for our Valentine's themed movie night on February 16th!! 

Tickets will be sold in front of the cafeteria, and you are also able to buy tickets on SchoolCashOnline. Tickets are $3 for one person, and if you would like to buy for a friend two tickets for $5. 

**There is an important BSA meeting after school today. Please meet in the cafeteria at 3:20.

Swim Team


There is an important swim team meeting today at lunch in room 212. All swimmers planning to attend CWOSSA tomorrow must be present at today’s meeting. A swim practice has also been scheduled for today at 3:00 p.m.  See you at the back doors for attendance.
