Any students interested in joining the St. Mary’s golf teams are invited to a meeting in the drama room (227) today at the beginning of lunch. The league is divided into male/female teams, but we encourage all students to attend.

Improv
What is Improv? Improv is a form of theater where everything is made up on the spot - no scripts, just suggestions!
There will be an Open Improv on Wednesday, Sept. 14th after school in the Drama Room. All are welcome to come learn improv skills and theater games.

Tryout today after school. Please meet at Duncan McClelland ball diamond. No late taxis available Fridays. Second tryout will be Wednesday after school. Be at one or both of the tryouts, with your signed permission form!

Heritage Mall Art Exhibition: Take Home Artwork
All Visual Arts students who participated last year in Heritage Mall - What is Love Art Exhibition are encouraged to go to the cafeteria stage and collect their Artwork. Anything not collected by end of school day today will be recycled.
SAC (Student Council)
Student Council is a student lead club that helps promote school spirit, and organize student events and activities throughout the year. We will have the first meeting Monday September 12 at lunch in room 210 (Student Success Room). Both previous members and new students are encouraged to attend. We will use this time to decide our permanent afterschool meeting time and to welcome new students.
BIPOC Student Group
For anyone who missed yesterday’s information meeting, there is a sign-up sheet outside room 225 for anyone interested in becoming a member of St. Mary’s BIPOC Student Group.
BIPOC stands for Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour. If you identify as one of these groups, you are invited to our meeting next week!
Our first formal meeting will take place next Thursday at lunch. Hope to see you there!

Students that are attending the SWERVE Tech Expo field trip today should be outfront at 9:20. Please bring your signed permission form. Bus will leave at 9:30.
