Funding for St. Mary's High School Addition

Owen Sound

St. Mary’s High School in Owen Sound is receiving $19 million for upgrades to their facilities. Bill Walker MPP and Owen Sound mayor Ian Boddy were on site to share the great news. BGCDSB chair Lori Di Castri and deputy chair Norm Bethune were in attendance and spoke in collaboration with Gary O’Donnell, Director of Education, and Alecia Lantz, Superintendent of Business Services. 

The funds are projected to be used for a 702 person-space addition to the building which was originally built in 1891.
