Today, we wear red

This Sunday, May 5th was the National Day of Awareness of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG) in Canada. This day acknowledges the inherent value of Indigenous women, girls, and Trans and Two-Spirit people and their role in society. Today, many are wearing red to recognize this important day.

Lunch Time Reminder

If you are leaving the school for lunch on foot, please be mindful of the many vehicles that are leaving the parking lot and the co-op buses that are in front of the school.

If you are leaving the back parking lot by vehicle at lunch, please be patient with other drivers and with pedestrians.

Let’s make sure that everyone is safe.

DECA ICDC - Ms. Simons will speak

I would like to take a moment to congratulate Jiya Kukreja, Islay Graham, and Rose Merritt who competed at an international level. They were provided silver seals which means they placed in the top half, receiving a score of 75% or more. All 3 represented our Catholic call to take care of each other and be responsible citizens. The work they have done up to this point is truly remarkable. Lavina Stephen and Jeffrey Assaad demonstrated exemplary leadership skills and we look forward to benefiting from their guidance moving forward in our club.
